This program is open to all full-time Jass & Associates, Inc employees. You can earn a referral fee by referring someone you know to Jass & Associates, Inc. As the Jass & Associates, Inc.., grows, we are continuously seeking experienced personnel. We wish to recognize your efforts in attracting such professionals to the company, whether they join us as Software Engineer.
Referral Bonus
If you refer a candidate and the company hires the candidate, you are eligible to receive a bonus award. On the 90th day following the employee’s date of hire, if the new employee is still employed as a full-time employee, the company will reward you with a cash bonus for the position filled.
For you to be eligible to receive the cash bonus, the person(s) you refer to the company must not have previously contacted the company or not have been contacted by the company for the purpose of exploring employment.
